This was my first and last experience with this shop. I was not impressed in the slightest. First, the packaging, or lack thereof, was not it. All the molds were tossed in a poly mailer with zero protection. So when the polymailer was damaged in transit and dirt got inside, you guessed it. All over the molds. I get it. Silicone is a pain to put into a cellophane bag. A big ziplock bag would have been better than nothing. Then, after I washed the dirt off all the molds, I noticed that overhang on the bottom of the molds was not trimmed off. Overall, it was sloppy and rushed.
