Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Any exceptions will be made at our sole discretion. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Rep Codes 

We can not edit orders to apply rep/discount codes. We will also not cancel any orders due to a missing rep/discount code. We ask that you make sure everything is correct with your order before hitting submit.



Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon recieving and contact us within 7 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns and exchanges


If an exception is made to accept the return or exchange of your order, the following will apply:

Natollie Creations has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy includes all printed items, so please ensure that everything is there and in the correct condition before the 7 day return period is up.
Items being returned must have a scan date of 7 business days after the approved return and/or return label creation date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at natolliecreations@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for return shipping. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in during return shipment. Therefore, we highly recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll have three options: to be refunded to the original form of payment, shop credit or having the item(s) replaced and sent back out to you at no additional cost to you - for damaged items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
